It is my passion to help as many women as possible reclaim a healthier version of themselves, by empowering them with the nutrition knowledge they need to make the right food choices for themselves and their families.

Molly Yeh inspiringly created a life for herself after making a huge move from being a percussionist in New York to living on her husband's family farm in North Dakota. She didn't allow this transition, which she made for her relationship, to sacrifice her own ambitions and career so she cooked, baked, wrote and photographed her way into an award-winning food blogger. In this episode Molly tells me, in her characteristically funny and endearing way, how she has created her dream lifestyle.
Darina Allen, my food hero, is one of the most empowering women I know. She has taught thousands how to cook as founder of world-renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School, is a leader of the Slow Food movement in Ireland, and was the driving force for establishing the farmers' markets movement in Ireland. At 69, she continues to be an activist on food issues both nationally and internationally and doesn't seem to be slowing down anytime soon! In this episode, Darina tells me her remarkable story in a wonderfully in-depth way.. get ready to be inspired!
Louise Stokes founded iconic Jewellery boutique Loulerie in 2007 and stocks designer and niche jewellery brands as well as her own brand of fine jewellery. In her early 20's Louise worked as an intern for Alexis Bittar in New York, and her experiences in NY ultimately led her on her journey to launch Loulerie. One of the things I admire about Louise the most is her authenticity and in listening to this episode you will see what I mean, she talks in a refreshingly honest way about her struggles of trying to build a luxury brand during Ireland's recession at the same time as becoming a mum.
