3 tbsp Oats

4 tbsp Almond milk

2 tbsp Greek yogurt

2 tsp Chia seeds

To serve:

Handful of Berries

1 tbsp Almond flakes (toasted)

1 tsp Honey


Step 1.
Simply place the oats, chia seeds, almond milk and greek yogurt into a jar (or container with lid) and stir them together. Then place the lid on the jar and store in the fridge overnight, or for at least four hours.
Step 2.
Once it’s ready to eat add your toppings of berries, almond flakes & honey and enjoy!
(This is a very healthy breakfast as it’s packed with fibre, omega-3’s, healthy fats and plant protein. It’s very versatile so mix it up and try different toppings as you fancy! It’s also portable so is super if you’re on the go.. just take the jar to work with you and enjoy it there!)
